PUBLIC HEALTH AMENDMENT (TOBACCO ADVERTISING)

ACT 1997 No 29—PROCLAMATION

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor. I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Health Amendment (Tobacco Advertising) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 August 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.
