I, the Minister for Health, in pursuance of section 51 (2) of the Public Health
Act 2010, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the list of medical conditions that must be notified by laboratories to the Director-General of the Ministry of Health by adding Paratyphoid and Typhoid to that list.

This Order is made under section 51 (2) of the Public Health Act 2010.
