Public Health Amendment (Review) Act 2017 (NSW)

An Act to amend the Public Health Act 2010 as a result of the statutory review of that Act; to amend the Public Health Regulation 2012 in relation to childcare vaccination; and for other purposes.

1Name of Act

This Act is the Public Health Amendment (Review) Act 2017.

2Commencement(1)

This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act, except as provided by this section.

Schedule 1 [4]–[19], [23]–[31], [33]–[48], [56] and [59] commence on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

(3)

Schedule 1 [32] commences on the day that is 28 days after the date of assent to this Act.
