Public Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Health Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2016. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Health Regulation 2005. 4 Amendment of s 12B (Contagious condition—Act, s 158, definition contagious condition ) Section 12B, from ‘mentioned’— omit, insert— mentioned in schedule 2A, part 1 are contagious conditions. 5 Amendment of s 12D (Vaccine preventable condition—Act, s 158, definition vaccine preventable condition ) Section 12D, from ‘mentioned’— omit, insert — or other medical conditions mentioned in schedule 2B are vaccine preventable conditions. 6 Amendment of s 12E (Prescribed period for a contagious condition—Act, s 160) (1) Section 12E(1), from ‘part 1’— omit, insert— part 2 identifies the prescribed period for a contagious condition for a child suspected under chapter 5 of the Act of having the condition.
