Made under the Public Health Amendment (COVID-19 Response)
Act 2020 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Public Health Amendment (COVID-19
Response) Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2.     Commencement of Act

The Public Health Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

(COVID-19 Response) Act 2020 section 14 comes into operation.
