Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to clarify the nature of a Category 3 condition listed in Schedule 1 to the Public
Health Act 2010.
This Order is made under section 51 (2) of the Public Health Act 2010.

Omit “Lead poisoning” from Category 3. Insert instead “Lead in blood”.
