AN ACT to amend the Public Health Act,

1886.

[Assented to, nth October, '1&96.]

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

I.)with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Public Health Act Amend- short time

ment Act, 1896.

2. THE eighteenth section of the Public Health Act, 1886, is Amendment of ZO

hereby amended by striking out the words " Three pence," and Viet. 19, s. 18.

substituting therefor the word " Sixpence."

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
