AN ACT to amend " The Public Health Act,
1886 " (50 Vie., No. 19).

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Public Health Act

1. THIS Act may be cited as " The Public Health Act, 1886,

2. THIS Act shall commence and come into operation on the Date of commence-

Municipal Council of any city or town to which the provisions of the principal Act now apply, or hereafter may be extended.
THE Local Boards of Health, as at present constituted, of the city of Perth and the towns of Fremantle, Albany, and Guildford, respectively, are hereby abolished from and after the 31st day of March,. 1892, and the members of the Municipal Council, for the time being, of the city of Perth, and the towns of Fremantle, Albany, and Guildford, respectively, shall, from and after the 31st day of March, 1892, become the Local Boards of Health for the said city of

| Local Boards. | Perth, and towns of Fremantle, Albany, and Guildford, respec- tively ; and the members of the Municipal Council, for the time being, of each city or town to which the provisions of the principal Act may hereafter be extended shall constitute the Local Board of Health of such city or town, respectively ; and each such Local Board of Health shall have and execute all the powers and duties vested in, or imposed upon, Local Boards under the principal Act. |
