1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2023-2024 (No. 2).

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2023‑2024

1    After subsection 5(2)

Insert:

(2A) The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:

(a)  a departmental item for the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service; and

(b)  the following outcome for that entity:

Outcome 1

Support Commonwealth parliamentary workplace participants to build and maintain safe and respectful workplaces, including by supporting positive cultural change and providing human resource functions to parliamentarians and their staff
