1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2022-2023 (No. 5).

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1  Section 4 (definition of Appropriation Act, paragraph (b))

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

    (b) the Supply Act (No. 2) 2022‑2023; or

(c) the Supply Act (No. 3) 2022‑2023; or

(d) the Supply Act (No. 4) 2022‑2023; or

(e) the Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2022‑2023; or

(f) the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2022‑2023.

2  Subsection 6(4) (table items 53 and 54)

Repeal the items, substitute:

(b)   if the table specifies an increase for an appropriation item which is an appropriation item that has effect because of this determination—as if the increase were from a nil amount.

10  Modification of Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2022‑2023

(1)This section applies to the Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2022‑2023.

(2)The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:

(a)    a departmental item for the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Commission; and

(b)   the following outcome for that Commission:

Outcome 1

Provide strategic policy advice, promote coordinated and consistent evaluation frameworks, and amplify the voices of victim-survivors of domestic, family and sexual violence to enhance services and supports

(3)The Act has effect:

(a) as if appropriation items in Schedule 1 to the Act were increased or decreased in accordance with the following table; and

(b)   if the table specifies an increase for an appropriation item which is an appropriation item that has effect because of this determination—as if the increase were from a nil amount.
