1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2021-2022 (No. 12).

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2021‑2022

1  After subsection 5(1K)

Insert:

(1L) The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:

(a)    a departmental item for the National Anti‑Corruption Commission; and

(b)   the following outcome for that Commission:

Outcome 1

Independent assurance to the Australian community that corrupt conduct involving Commonwealth public officials is prevented, detected, investigated and responded to appropriately
