1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2021-2022 (No. 10).

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2021‑2022

1  After subsection 5(1J)

Insert:

(1K) The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:

(a)    a departmental item for the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman; and

(b)   the following outcome for that entity:

Outcome 1

Compliance with workplace relations legislation through advice, education and where necessary enforcement

2  Subsection 5(2) (table item 44)

Repeal the item, substitute:

44 Fair Work Ombudsman and Registered Organisations Commission Entity Departmental item -4,664,000.00

3  Subsection 5(2) (at the end of the table)

Add:

45 Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman Departmental item +36,304,946.94
