1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2020-2021 (No. 4).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

4A Modification of Appropriation Acts

(1)  The Appropriation Acts have effect as if:

(a)references in the Schedules to the Acts to the National Drought and North Queensland Flood Response and Recovery Agency were references to the National Recovery and Resilience Agency.
