This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2019-2020 (No. 8).

This instrument commences on the day after registration.

This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
