1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2019-2020 (No. 5).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2019‑2020

1. Section 4 (at the end of the definition of Appropriation Act)

Add:

(g) the Appropriation Act (No. 5) 2019‑2020; or

(h) the Appropriation Act (No. 6) 2019‑2020; or

(i) the Appropriation (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act (No. 1) 2019‑2020; or

(j) the Appropriation (Coronavirus Economic Response Package) Act (No. 2) 2019‑2020.

Add:

; and (n) references in the Schedules to the Acts to the North Queensland Livestock

  Industry Recovery Agency were references to the National Drought and

  North Queensland Flood Response and Recovery Agency.
