1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2019-2020 (No. 4).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2019‑2020

  1. At the end of subsection 6(3)

Add:

(l)as if an administered item were included for the Department of Education, Skills and Employment in Schedule 1 to the Act opposite the following outcome:
