1  Name

This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2016‑2017 (No. 11).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 January 2019.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2016‑2017

  1. After subsection 11(1)

Insert:

           (1A) The Act has effect:

(a)    as if an other departmental item for the following non-corporate entity were included for the Health Portfolio in Schedule 2 to the Act:
