This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2016-2017 (No. 10).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
