1  Name of authorisation

This authorisation is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Investment) Amendment Authorisation 2014.

2  Commencement

This authorisation commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

This authorisation is made under subparagraph 59(1)(b)(iii) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

4  Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1  Section 4 (subparagraphs (b)(i) and (ii) of the definition of approved bank)

Omit “Part 4”, substitute “Part 3”.
