An Act to amend Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act, 1983, as a consequence of the enactment of the State Public Service Superannuation Act, 1985. [Assented to, 30th April, 1985.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be cited as the "Public Finance and Audit (Slate Public
Service Superannuation Board) Amendment Act, 1985".
Amendment of Act No. 152, 1983.
The Public Finance and Audit Act, 1983, is amended by inserting in
Schedule 2. in alphabetical order, the words "State Public Service
Superannuation Board.".
