Public Finance and Audit (Public Authority) Amendment Regulations 2024

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Public Finance and Audit (Public Authority) Amendment Regulations 2024.

2Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 8 March 2024.

3Amendment of regulation 4 – Public authority (section 4 of Act)

Regulation 4—after paragraph (c) insert:

    Adelaide University.
