(Venues NSW) Proclamation 2012

Public Finance and Audit Act 1983

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of the dissolution of the Hunter Region Sporting Venues Authority, the Illawarra Venues Authority and the Parramatta Stadium Trust, and the constitution of Venues NSW, by the Sporting Venues Authorities Amendment (Venues NSW) Act 2011.

This Proclamation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Venues
NSW) Proclamation 2012.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

(1) Schedule 2 Statutory bodies

Omit “Hunter Region Sporting Venues Authority”, “Illawarra Venues
