Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to remove Uniprojects Pty Limited from the list of statutory bodies in Schedule 1 to the Public Finance and Audit Regulation 2010 that are prescribed for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 (the Act). Division 4 of Part 3 of the Act enables the Auditor-General, at the request of the Treasurer, a Minister or certain other persons, to audit such statutory bodies.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 (1) and 64 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Uniprojects Pty
Limited) Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
