THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, The Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Technical and
Further Education Commission) Proclamation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on 1 July 2014 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 No 152

Schedule 2 Statutory bodies

Insert in alphabetical order “Technical and Further Education Commission”.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to provide for the Technical and Further Education Commission to be a separate statutory body for the purposes of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.
