MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to provide that Sydney Trains and NSW Trains (which are public subsidiary corporations of RailCorp) are statutory bodies for the purposes of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.
