Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd as a statutory body for the purposes of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, with the effect that Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd may be audited by the Auditor-General under section 45 of that Act.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 (1) (a) and 64
(the general regulation-making power).
