Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to remove Subsidence Advisory NSW from Schedule 3 to the Public
Finance and Audit Act 1983, as a consequence of a recent administrative arrangements order made under
the Constitution Act 1902.
This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 45B (3) and 64
(the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

2      Commencement
