the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 of the Public Finance and

Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Statutory Bodies)
Proclamation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 No 152

Schedule 2 Statutory bodies

Omit “Government Property NSW” and “Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority”.

Insert in appropriate order:

Place Management NSW
Property NSW

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to replace references in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and Government Property NSW with Place Management NSW and Property NSW, which are the current names of those corporations.
