I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Statutory Bodies)
Proclamation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 No 152

(1) Schedule 2 Statutory bodies

Omit “Electricity Tariff Equalisation Ministerial Corporation”, “Office of the

Hawkesbury-Nepean” and “State Property Authority”.

(2) Schedule 2
Insert in alphabetical order “Government Property NSW”.
Explanatory note
The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 2 (Statutory bodies) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of the dissolution of the Electricity Tariff Equalisation Ministerial Corporation and the Office of the Hawkesbury-Nepean and the change in name of the State Property Authority to Government Property NSW.
