Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund as a fund that the Treasurer or the relevant Minister may direct the Auditor-General to audit.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 and 64 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.
