THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to ensure that the provisions of Division 4A of Part 3 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, which concern books, records and financial reports of Departments and the auditing of those books, records and reports, apply in relation to the Office of the Children’s Guardian. The Office of the Children’s Guardian is a Division of the Government Service.
