Public Finance and Audit Amendment

(Miscellaneous) Proclamation 2010

under the

Public Finance and Audit Act 1983

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 40 and 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, do, by this my Proclamation, amend that Act as set out in Schedule 1.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedules 2 (Statutory bodies) and 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of recent administrative changes.

Insert instead “Illawarra Venues Authority”.
