His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Public Finance and Audit Regulation 2015 to prescribe the Legal Services Council and the Commissioner for Uniform Legal Services Regulation (under Parts 8.2 and 8.3 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW), respectively) as statutory bodies that may be audited by the Auditor-General under section 45 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.
This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 (1) (a) and 64
(the general regulation-making power).
