Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to include the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute Limited as a prescribed statutory body for the purpose of permitting the Auditor-General to inspect and audit its financial reports, including books and records of financial transactions relating to the body and its assets.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 and 64 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Illawarra
Health and Medical Research Institute Limited) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.
