MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to update references to “New South Wales Fire Brigades” to “Fire and Rescue NSW”, in accordance with changes made by the Public Sector Employment and Management (Fire and Rescue NSW) Order 2010.

This Proclamation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Fire and Rescue NSW) Proclamation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 No 152

Schedule 3 Departments

Omit “New South Wales Fire Brigades” wherever occurring in

Columns 1 and 2.

Insert instead “Fire and Rescue NSW”.
