Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to substitute Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to reflect changes made by the Public Sector Employment and Management (Departmental Amalgamations) Order 2009.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 45B and 64 (the general regulation-making power).
