THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, The Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit from Columns 1 and 2 the following matter:

Insert in Columns 1 and 2 in appropriate order:

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of an administrative arrangements order made under the Constitution Act 1902 on 23 April 2014.
