2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on 1 July 2020 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act

1983 as a consequence of the Ageing and Disability Commissioner Act 2019 and recent administrative

arrangements orders made under the Constitution Act 1902.
