MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 45B (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 3 (Departments) to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 and recent administrative arrangements orders under the Constitution Act 1902.
