Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to remove a reference to the Department of Primary Industries from the list of Departments that are subject to Division 4A (General Audit of Departments) of Part 3 (Audit) of the Act to reflect the abolition of that body as a separate Division of the Government Service.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 45B (3) and 64 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment
(Department of Primary Industries) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

Omit the matter relating to the Department of Primary Industries from
Columns 1 and 2.
