and Audit Act 1983, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Public Finance and Audit Amendment (Department of
Industry) Proclamation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 No 152

Schedule 3 Departments

Omit “Department of Industry, Skills and Regional Development” from Column 1.
Insert instead “Department of Industry”.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to update a reference to a Department in Schedule 3 (Departments) to the

Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 as a consequence of a recent administrative arrangements order made under the Constitution Act 1902.
