HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by omitting

Schedule 3 and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 3 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 to update and replace references to various departments and administrative offices as a consequence of recent administrative changes.
