(Relating to the Valuer-General’s Department)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by omitting from

Schedule 3 the following words:

Valuer-General’s Department Valuer-General

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to vary the accounting and auditing requirements of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 in relation to the Valuer-General’s Department which will continue to be subject to the Act but as if it were a statutory body rather than a Department.
