HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by omitting from Schedule 2 the following words:

Trustees of the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Scheme.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to enable the reference in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Ace 1983 to the Trustees of the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Scheme to be replaced with a reference to the Trustees of the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund. At the same time as this Regulation is made, a proclamation is to be made under section 40 (1) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 adding the Trustees of the Parliamentary contributory Superannuation Fund to the list of statutory bodies in Schedule 2 to that Act.
