PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to the New South Wales Superannuation Office)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by omitting from

Schedule 3 the following words:

New South Wales	Secretary of the Office
Superannuation Office

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to vary the accounting and auditing requirements of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 in relation to the New South Wales Superannuation Office. That office will continue to be subject to the Act, but as a statutory body rather than as a department.
