PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to the Environment Protection Authority)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been

pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by

omitting “Environment Protection Authority.”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to omit the Environment Protection Authority from the list of statutory bodies in Schedule 2 to the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. It is proposed to insert the name of the Authority in the list of Departments in
Schedule 3 to the Act.
