PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983 - REGULATION

(Relating to the Community Welfare Employment Corporation)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive

Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by omitting from Schedule 2 the words “Community Welfare Employment Corporation".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to vary the accounting and auditing requirements of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 in relation to the Community Welfare Employment Corporation. The Corporation will continue to be subject to that Act as a part of the Department of Family and Community Services.
