PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to the audit of the Office of the Minister for Public Works and

Minister for Ports)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been

pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Regulation 1984 is amended by inserting

at the end of clause 3 (1) the following:

Office of the Minister for Public Works and Minister for Ports.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do so by the Treasurer, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial transactions of or relating to the Office of the Minister for Public Works and Minister for Ports.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including

section 44 (1) (a).
