PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to the audit of NSW Insurance Ministerial Corporation)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been

pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Regulation 1984 is amended by inserting

at the end of clause 3 (1) the following:

NSW Insurance Ministerial Corporation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to enable the Auditor-General, if requested to do

so by the Treasurer, to inspect and audit the accounts and records of financial
transactions of or relating to the NSW Insurance Ministerial Corporation and the
records of or relating to assets of or in the custody of that corporation.
