HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 is amended by omitting from Schedule 2 the words “Albury-Wodonga (New South Wales) Corporation.”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to remove the Albury-Wodonga (New South Wales)

Corporation from the list of statutory bodies subject to certain accounting and auditing requirements of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.

This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including

section 40 (in particular, section 40 (2)).
